Audience
This course is for technical staff who need to gain a solid knowledge of networking in a VME environment and acquire the skills to implement, support and manage VME-based networks.
Prerequisites
You should attend VC1: VME Communications Module 1 - TCPIP Intro and VC21: VME Communications Module 2.1 - Basics, and have at least two months experience using this knowledge, before attending this course.

Course Objectives
On successful completion of this course you will be able to understand how VME and AppEx hosted network connections (SAPs) are implemented and managed, be able to set up network connections to support VME to VME RSA, File Transfer (FTF and ftp), and Direct Print and LPR services.
