Course Objectives
The SMP/E Workshop course is designed to explain the role of SMP/E. The course details the structure and use of SMP/E and uses the SMP/E commands to highlight how the various processes work. The application of Maintenance is fully explained as are the various SMP/E Utilities and reports. A number of workshops are included. Attendees will build their own SMP/E CSIs and work with APARs, PTFs and Usermods.
