Audience
This course is aimed at IT Professionals - primarily help desk, application support and technical support staff - who have knowledge and experience of supporting similar systems and would like to transfer these skills for use under Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
Some prior knowledge of UNIX or Linux, whilst not absolutely essential, would be considered an asset.

Delegates should ideally be experienced Support Staff, or have a similar background.

Course Objectives
This course provides an intensive skills transfer program that, on completion, will enable attendees to support complex Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), Centos or Oracle Enterprise Linux based systems on a day-to-day basis. The primary skills to be acquired include familiarity in using the command line, writing and debugging shell scripts and targeted areas of system administration.
