This five day class is perfect for anyone filling a significant role in a PRINCE2® project including project managers, team leaders, project assurance and
project support staff. The course provides comprehensive preparation for both the PRINCE2® 6th Edition Foundation and Practitioner examinations, administered by Axelos.

Prerequisites
There are no prerequisites for this course, other than a basic awareness of project work in the delegate’s own business environment.
Duration
5 days. For face-to-face courses exam/s are taken during the course. For live virtual deliveries delegates are issued exam voucher/s which are used as
payment when booking the exam/s online at your own convenience, we will provide comprehensive details required to book your exam/s. We recommend
taking the exam/s within 2 weeks of the course finish date, so the content is still fresh.
The PRINCE2 Foundation course will run on the stated start date, from the Monday to Wednesday.
The PRINCE2 Practitioner will run the following week to the PRINCE2 Foundation, running from the Thursday to Friday.

The Foundation element of this course discusses how projects bring together resources, skills, technology and ideas to achieve business objectives. Using a structured project management method such as PRINCE2® helps an organisation to ensure that these objectives are delivered to an appropriate level of quality and within the constraints of time and cost. The aim of Practitioner element is to prepare delegates for the PRINCE2®
Practitioner examination. Case study materials are used extensively to give
delegates a realistic look at, and a practical understanding of, PRINCE2®.
