Audience
This intermediate course is for storage administrators responsible for the implementation of storage resources in an SAN environment with IBM z hardware solutions and z/OS operating systems.
Prerequisites
Students should first attend:
- Storage Management Fundamentals
... or have equivalent knowledge.
In addition you need to have an understanding of DASD and date sets and how client hosts access data directly or through FICON channels.

2 days. Classroom lectures plus exercises.
