IT Support Professionals & others who are unfamiliar with Windows XP Professional. Those providing support for Windows XP Professional desktops or would provide support for Windows NT 4.0 or Windows 2000 Server. |
| PREREQUISITES: |
A good working knowledge of PCs, PC hardware and peripherals. A good working knowledge of Windows networking and networking hardware. |

| OBJECTIVES: |
On completion of the course delegates will be able to:
